Join one other Pilates student and workout with a routine that aligns with both students. Semi - Privates can host 2 individuals and last an hour.
Schedule an online session and experience Pilates in your home. Our online sessions last an hour. This session is generic and different each week.

About Maria
My name is Maria Cleary, I am BASI (Body Arts and Science International) certified on all equipment and I have been a Pilates instructor for more than 20 years. I have an MFA in Dance from UC Irvine and have been a longtime professional dancer. I discovered Pilates after a back injury, and have been devoted to it ever since. My study and mastery of Pilates has helped me manage my dance and fitness career, as well as guide me through the period of raising 3 active children. In 1997 I started teaching Pilates and Dance at UC Davis and then went onto UC San Diego, JL Body Conditioning and several fitness clubs. My first Pilates certification was with the Physical Mind Institute. Since then I trained with Elizabeth Larkam of Balanced Body and Rael Isacowitz with BASI Pilates. I am currently teaching at BASI San Diego and Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa.
I am passionate about health, fitness and helping people feel better. Teaching Pilates is fun and rewarding, and I love working with clients of all ages and abilities. I customize individual programs for each client's needs and try to make each session fun in a professional and friendly manner. Over the years I have worked with professional dancers, Olympic athletes, and moms recovering from childbirth. I have experience working with people recovering from joint replacement surgery, osteoporosis, arthritis, back injuries, and mobility problems. I have worked with clients dealing with a variety of ailments and autoimmune diseases, but I have extensive knowledge of Ehlers-Danlos (EDS) and helping people continue to live a full life with their complications.
Covid Policy
In accordance with the CDC, I will continue with precautionary Covid 19 Protocols. I will wear a mask, wipe down and disinfect equipment between clients. I can open windows for better ventilation, use an air purifier, and facilitate hand hygiene.
